Warrenville’s History and Location
An area that is also covered by the Chicago metropolitan area, Warrenville is a city located in DuPage County. In the present, it is one of the best places to live in Illinois, but it was first founded in the year 1833 when the New Yorker Daniel Warren and his family moved west and claimed the land with his son, Julius Warren, who then claimed the area that is now the Warrenville Grove Forest Preserve.
Due to the reason that the Warrens are skilled in grain and timber, the area was able to build a plank road and a mill that connects it to the other civilizations and started getting other residents. It was officially incorporated in the year 1967.
